Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, first vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, met and had a talk with the congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan for celebrating the 76th birthday of the DPRK led by Ko Tok U, chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on September 12 in a compatriotic atmosphere.
Officials concerned were on hand.
